Flowers For Hope, is an organization created by artist Jeremy Bortz.

After witnessing his sister-in-law’s courageous battle with breast cancer, Jeremy decided he needed to do something to help support patients suffering from the disease. Using his artistic abilities, Jeremy began making flower tile paintings to put in Hospital waiting rooms and to raise money for various illnesses. His belief is that by surrounding patients with colourful flower tiles that form ‘gardens’ on selected wall space, they will find the hope and determination needed to fight and overcome their illness. The purpose of the Flowers for Hope paintings is to bring cheer to hospital rooms while honouring and remembering a family member or friend who has struggled with an illness.

Eleanor Roosevelt once said that, “the future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams”. Not only does artist Jeremy Bortz believe in the beauty of his dreams, but he has made them a reality.
